PRODUCT CAPABILITIES
The line-control product: from seeing it to owning it
Every layer of this system solves one concrete problem on site: see it, compute it locally, connect it, understand it, run it automatically, and close the loop with a named owner. Use all six layers together, or start with the one you need.
The control system runs the daily operation of a central SOE smart-manufacturing line: 137+ function points, 10 business domains, full Xinchuang stack, Level 2 classified protection.
SIX REUSABLE LAYERS
Six layers, each solving one concrete problem
Each layer runs standalone or snaps into the full system. Add the layer you need now and expand later, without ripping out what already works.
See everything
Cameras, thermal imaging, and temperature, vibration, acoustic and pressure sensors turn every corner of the site into data. Multiple signals fuse at the edge: judge the risk first, then alert people.
Computes on site
Data is processed inside the plant, not in a distant cloud, so work continues even when the network is down. Central-control internal latency ≤20ms; offline cache ≥4 hours / ≥10,000 records, enough to bridge a full night shift. After the link recovers, data re-syncs in order and nothing is lost.
Plugs into what you have
PLCs, meters, robots and MES connect over standard protocols, so old equipment stays. DCS, SCADA, CNC, AGVs and cameras are all on the supported list. Each new device or system is just one more standard link.
A big screen anyone can read
The whole plant maps onto one screen: which station is abnormal and who is handling it, clear at a glance. Equipment, people and events all sit in one site model, queryable and traceable.
Tasks run themselves
AI Harness turns "spot the issue → raise the work order → assign it → collect the receipt" into an automatic flow — repetitive work goes to the system, people handle the exceptions. Models, knowledge, permissions and workflows stay inside clear boundaries, and every step is auditable.
Every loop has an owner
Every abnormality gets an owner, a deadline and a receipt, so reviews always have records. Common faults self-heal within ≤60s, and results flow straight into reports.
SENSING ENDPOINTS
Sensors are chosen to fit the problem, not the vendor
We are not tied to any hardware brand. We pick the sensor mix by accuracy, response speed, site conditions and retrofit budget, and fuse the data inside the plant.
Vision and space
Equipment and status
Environment and safety
Electrical and energy
Material and identity
Personnel and logistics
It is not about putting every device "on the cloud", but about letting every field signal serve one clear task at the right place and the right time.
CONNECT EXISTING ASSETS
Old equipment stays; it still connects
Most plants already run PLCs, meters, cameras and business systems. We do not rip and replace. We connect them over standard protocols first, so data flows while your systems keep running.

SPATIAL INTELLIGENCE
Beyond the big screen: rehearse the plan before you build
This capability is growing from display into design work. Planned next: 3D plant modelling, equipment placement simulation, camera blind-spot checks, evacuation simulation and digital delivery.
Bring the plant into the computer
Drawings, point clouds and site photos go in; a 3D model that matches your factory comes out.
AI drafts the first version
Feed in requirements and constraints; get equipment placement and layout drafts, then people finalize.
Rehearse before you build
Camera blind spots, sensor coverage and walking routes are all checked in the model first.
Everyone sees the same model
Client, design and construction look at one shared model. What changes and why is settled on the spot.
You get a working model
After acceptance, the model keeps serving construction checks and long-term operations. It is the plant on your big screen.
